this is true, most of us avoid fruits and vegetables… make one meal a day from vegetables and from fruits – eat fruits in the morning for energy. You will not only lose weight but change your life. Losing weight will be the least satisfying outcome, you will see.

@Rayqiorg actually, they are fruits. a fruit is the part of the plant that contains the seeds (legumes are a bit different). tomatoes, bell peppers, cucumbers, courgettes/zucchinis, chilli peppers; they’re all fruits
the vegetable comprises of the leaf, flower, stem or root of the plant.

@rapekitable that probably 2 or 3 times that amount at Whole Foods if it’s organic. $125/ day is $875 a week or almost $4000 a month for food. The reason Dave can afford that is behind him is a hillbilly mobile Meth lab.

@Coppulor I have figured out that for me eating all raw and only 1 small piece of lean top round steak each night is best for recovery. I workout every morning and night for about 45-60 minutes. Anymore I just do full body meditational workouts achieving intense anabolic burn. When you workout if you push a bit more acidic it is actually better. After you want to quickly jump a bit more alkaline then taper. Learning how to ph balance and when to go one way or other is the secret to it all.

I was eating 100% raw foods, drinking a lots of spinach, kales, every green I could find. I workout a lot and rollerblade 2x week. I found my recovery tanked and no matter how much I ate and drank raw I could not recover. As soon as I ate a small portion of the leanest red meat I recovered within hours. My back was in great pain before I ate the meat. Point I concluded is I can’t afford to juice 300 lbs of juice nor have the ability to eat that much. Just eat 1 piece of red meat per day.

just washing all that is a pain in the ass!! probably cost $5 in water bill just to clean it. sigh……. still, why is it not better to make a smoothie instead of juice? you lose all the fiber when juicing? fiber is critical for cleaning out your digestive tract. love the positive energy. btw, ants are a good source of fiber :P
